Every job is priced individually - cutting charges and delivery etc will change dependent upon the size and difficulty of the job. All quotations for work are valid for a period of 30 days from written quotation. All orders must be paid in full before they enter the production queue.

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract during the period set out below. Cancellations available within 24h after the payment. The cancellation right does not apply in the case of any made-to-measure, custom-made or customised products - so no cancellations accepted after 24h period.

Refunds can take up to 4 weeks and are paid onto the credit or debit card used to make the original payment. As our items are Personalised for you, we do not accept returns for full credit unless faulty or damaged, so check upon the receipt of the order is required and any defects must be reported immediately.

Signed paperwork for receipt of order without mentioning faults or defects will be considered as the acceptance of the quality of the order. This does not affect your statutory rights. You can still return the order within 14 days for 50% credit excluding any shipping costs. In this case the items should be returned unused and in their original state.

Due to the limitations and inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colours you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. We strive to make our colours as accurate as possible, but online and printed images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

Acrylic top of the doors might have minor scratches, therefore free of charge scratch remover kit can be requested with your order. Exchange possible in case of more serious acrylic damage. DecorSolution will not be held responsible for clients incorrect measurements.
